Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) Lemons, .25 fruit without seeds
Directions
Cut all ingrendient to a size that will fit into your juicing machine. Transfer to a bottle so juice can be shaken as you drink it.
