5 cups Spaghetti cooked5 Cloves of mild garlic sliced2 Eggs1 cup liquid eggs ½ cup Parmesan cheese1 tbs. ButterDry Spices.5 tbs. Salt.5 tsp. Pepper2 tbs. Parsley1 tbs. Garlic Powder (Yes more Garlic)
Cook pasta until tender, -Place aside. In a large 8” to 10” skillet, chop and place the Garlic, spices and butter and sauté until Garlic is tender, add spaghetti to skillet, Beat eggs with Egg starts and add to the skillet. Cook on medium heat until Egg is cooked, mix in the Parmesan cheese and serve. You can sub Egg starts for the 2 eggs but they do add more flavor, vitamins but also colesterol.
