My family loves this with red potatoes - I can't wait to try adding sweet potatoes. I do make mine with more herbs including a little cayenne and thyme and even some grated parmesan cheese for a little added crunch. - 8/19/09

BEWARE the oil isn't listed in the ingredients and it is not figured into the nutrition calculation!!! The calories will be higher. - 7/8/12

I am always asked to bring these to bbq's. The guys who don't like sweet potatoes will eat them this way! - 2/26/13

Thanks for the great recipe! I had to make it without sweet potatoes cause of my bf, but it was still good! - 3/12/11

Awesome! I went pretty heavy on the herbs and it encrusted the potatoes nicely. I ground the rosemary with a motor and pestal to it was easy to eat. Will be making for a special family dinner! - 4/29/10

these were amazing! I only made it with the red potatoes, so next time I have to try it with both red and sweet but it was still so tasty! - 4/3/10

I really liked this recipe..my kids don't care for the sweet potatoes so they picked them out.....next time will just put them on separate pans. My husband didn't care for the rosemary said it didn't give it that much flavor and it got stuck in his teeth. A definite keeper though!! - 1/27/10

Made this the other night for supper. I don't like sweet potatoes so I used 7 cups of red potatoes (I didn't measure, just guessed). Hubby was drooling over it...it is even great as leftovers. This will be added to my collection for sure. - 10/26/09

I'm not a sweet potato fan, but my family loves them, so I gave this recipe a try. I loved it. My kids, who love plain mashed sweet potatoes, didn't care for the spices. - 10/2/09

I have made this twice. The recipe left out oil in the ingredients list. I used olive oil. I even adapted this recipe for cooking in an iron skillet on a camping trip and it turned out good. Even my adult son, who isn't much of a sweet potatoe fan, said this was really good and ate a big helping! - 9/27/09

This was good! I'm not usually a fan of sweet potato, but the rosemary and garlic gave them a nice flavor. I used some non-stick cooking spray instead of oil, and shook it all together in a Ziplock bag, as previously suggested. Needed to cook a little longer than 30 min. to be done. I'd make again. - 8/28/09

I don't like sweet potatoes. I do like roasted potatoes, and found I could tolerate eating sweet potatoes fixed this way. Mom and Dad love sweet potatoes and this recipe was five stars for them. - 8/26/09

I didn't particularly care for the recipe as written. It seems like there is a flavor lacking. I ended up adding a little salt & garlic powder to the mix, and that helped. I also tried dipping the original mix (before salt/garlic) in salsa. Both made it edible, but definitely not my favorite. - 7/15/09

Have been making this for years. Love it. I have added onions, and carrots to it also. Good to pop in the oven when I get home from work, exercise then dinner is ready. - 6/13/09

Very tasty, but fear I used too much olive oil to keep it within acceptable calories. Oh well, it's a heart-healthy oil! - 5/31/09

I love roasted potatoes, definitely one of my faves. It needs to include how much oil is needed in the ingredients - 5/21/09

I haven't made this - but it sounds great. I did want to tell you that you didn't include how much oil is included in your nutritional information. Would like to know so my calories match what you've posted. Guess I could refigure them... - 5/11/09

Since I didn't use any oil, I was surprised how great and tasty they turned out. I added baby carrots in the mix. Would make it again. - 3/27/09

This is a delicious recipe....my only regret is that I halved the recipe. I would have loved leftovers tomorrow. - 3/15/09
