Italian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 LB. Ground Turkey Breast1/2 sm. Onion finely chopped2 Tbs. tomato paste1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp dried basil2 tsp olive oil4 slices provolone cheese (1/2 oz each)4 slice tomato4 whole wheat hamburger buns6 tsp ketchup
Directions
Makes 4 burgers.
Combine turkey, onion, tomato paste, garlic, oregano and basil.
Heat oil in nonstick pan over med. high heat.
Add patties and cook 10 min. turning once
Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese, cover pan and cook until cheese melts about 1 min.
Add patties ketchup and tomatoes to bun, lettuce if you like
