VLCD Spicy Orange Stirfry(HCG)

Ingredients
100g(3.5 oz) shrimp2 cups shredded cabbage1 orange segmented2-4 Tbs of broth or waterDash of garlic powderDash of cayenne powderDash of ginger powderDash of curry powder
Directions
Mix shrimp and seasonings. In a skillet over med heat add broth, cabbage and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
Plate then take one orange segment and squeeze over the shrimp and cabbage. Use the rest of the orange as fruit with this meal.
