Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 large onion, diced3 cans diced tomatoes, undrained1 can corn, not drained1 can kidney beans, drained1 can black beans, drained1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis1 envelope taco seasoning mix1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix1-2 cans water
Directions
Brown meat with onions until onions are tender and meat is crumbly. Drain fat from beef. Rinse beef and onions with water in a colander. Pour beef and onion mixture into crock pot or Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook on high until it boils, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 10 1 1/2 cup servings.
