Banana Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 c. marj.1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1 egg2 egg whites1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. skim milk (with 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice - let stand)1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. white flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 c. raisins
Directions
MAKES 12 MUFFINS
In one bowl cream the butter, applesauce and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla.
In another bowl combine flour, baking soda & powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk & lemon juice mixture. Mix in 1 cup of raisins.
Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to drop into muffin cupped tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
