Green Bell Pepper, .5 serving (remove)*Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.2 cup (remove)*whole onion, raw (1 onion), .5 serving (remove)96/4 extra lean ground beef, 4 serving (remove)*Ronzoni Whole Wheat Wide Noodles, 4 cup (remove)*Gravy - Onion, McCormick, 1 cup
Directions
cook meat, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper

meanwhile boil noodles to al dente

when meat and veggies are done add cream of mushroom and onion gravy. season as desired with garlic power and pepper.
