Silver dollar oat pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup of all purpose flour1/2 cup of quick cooking oats1.5 tsp sugar1 tsp. baking powder .5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt1 egg3/4 cup skim milk1/2 cup of cinnamon applesauce unsweetened2 tbsp of butter meltedmaple syrup (or what ever topping)
Directions
makes 4 servings
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, applesauce, and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter by 2 tbsp on hot griddle coated with cooking spray, turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with syrup.
