Fresh & Chunky Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans 1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 Small Bag of Frozen Corn3 Lg. Roma Tomatoes3 Lg. Cloves Garlic1/4 C. Red Onion 4 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro 1/4 C Red Bell Pepper1/3 C Green Bell Pepper3 Jalapeno's1 Red Chili Pepper1/4 C Tomatoe Puree1 Lime (juice)1 Tsp Cumin1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce2 Tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Seed and finely dice all vegetables. Chop cilantro. Drain and rinse beans. Toss all ingredients together add fresh squeeze lime juice. Let stand at room temperature so ingredients start to break down about an hour tossing frequently.


Makes 1 1/2 quarts

Excellent on eggs, salad & fajitas!
