100-ish Calorie Blueberry Zucchini Bread

3 eggs, beaten1 C applesauce, all-natural, no sugar added3 tsp vanilla extract1 3/4 C sugar2 C shredded zucchini2 C whole-wheat flour1 C all-purpose flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1 pint blueberries.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT blueberries in a bowl. When everything is moistened and mixed well, fold in the blueberries.
Place in oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
This recipe makes 2 9-inch long loaves. The nutrition count is for 15 slices per loaf.
