1 lb Ground Pork (can use beef, turkey or chicken)Shredded lettuce1 cup black beans1 cup low fat cheese3 tbs low fat cream cheese1 ripe Avocado1 medium onion2 gloves of garlic
1. Brown meat (add seasonings if desired) over medium heat and drain grease.
2. Heat black beans in microwave or over stove.
3. Layer plate with lettuce, meat, beans, onions, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and sour cream.
4. Eat with tortilla chips (not included in nutritional info.)
Make 4 servings equally divided.
