Lisa's Yummy Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups of mixed frozen fruit (you can use any mix, but, I used a strawberry, peach, pineapple, mango mix)1 cup apple juice.5 cup soymilk1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
Directions
Put 2 cups of frozen fruit, 1 cup of apple juice and 1/2 cup of soymilk in the blender and mix it up. Then add one tablespoon of peanut butter and mix that in.

Enjoy!

Makes 2 1 1/4 -cup servings.
