Grilled peaches

Ingredients
2 Medium peaches1 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted1/2 tsp. ground ginger and/or cinnamon, to tasteLite cool whip or vanilla ice cream, optional
Directions
Halve peaches, and remove pits.
Brush cut sides with melted butter.
Sprinkle with ginger and/or cinnamon
On a low to medium hot grill, place peaches cut sides down directly on grill. Grill for 5 or 6 minutes, or until peaches turn a golden brown and begin to carmelize.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or cool whip.
