Lime Chicken Tacos or Burritos

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 Tbsp lime juice 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup salsa 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained + rinsed
Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine lime juice and chili powder in a bowl, stir to mix. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours or HIGH 3 hours
Remove chicken. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Stir in corn and salsa. Cover and cook on LOW for 30 minutes. Serve in tortillas or taco shell of your choice.
