Seasoned Shrimp

Ingredients
Dash of SaltDash of PaprikaDash of Cayenne PepperDash of Black pepper1 tsp olive oil Extra lightSplash of lemon juice2 tbsp. Mushrooms3 oz. Shrimp (cooked)1 Leaf of Romaine Lettuce1/4 cup of Spinach leaves (fresh)1/4 cup of Red Leaf lettuce4 tbsp. Green Pepper2 tbsp. Onion1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan. Mix salt, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, parsley and mushrooms. Add shrimp and seasonings to frying pan. Splash lemon juice on and cook through.

Mix lettuce, green peppers and onions. Sprinkle 1/2 Parmesan cheese. Top with shrimp mixture and add remaining cheese.
