Ingredients
1 small banana peeled and coarsley cut200gm diet yogurt.1/2cup (125ml) skim milk
Directions

1 small banana peeled and coarsley cut
200gm diet vanilla yogurt
1/2cup (125ml) skim milk
Place banana and yogurt in blender or processor and blend till almost smooth
Add milk and continue to blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into LARGE glass and serve.
TIP: you can use any flavoured diet yogurt. the Pro points stay the same.
