Ingredients
1/2 cup honey3/4 cup peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla3/4 cup instant dry milk3/4 cup quick rolled oats1/2 cup tasted wheat germ
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix thouroughly.

Roll the dough into 24 balls, each about the size of a walnut). Cover and refrigerate the balls.

NOTE: We usually eat these right after we are done making the snack, without refrigerating them. They do taste even better refrigerated though :-) These are gobbled down in no time flat. And a great way to get the kids in the kitchen to help!

We do this too, but instead of eating them right away, I give each child a serving of two and they play with it like playdough!! "Peanut butter playdough" is great tasting and you can roll the balls in powdered sugar or mini choc chips too!! - 3/9/08
