Peppercorn Ranch Salmon

Ingredients
1 - 4 oz. Salmon Filet1 tsp Olive Oil1 tsp Naturally Fresh Lite Peppercorn Ranch Dressing1/2 Tbsp Grated Parmesean CheeseSprinkle PaprikaLime Juice from one wedge of Lime
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Coat bottom and sides of glass baking dish with Olive Oil.

Place Salmon Filet in dish

Cover Lightly with Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Sprinkle with Parmesean Cheese and top with Paprika

Bake 20-30 mintues, until salmon is tender and flakes with a fork and top is golden brown

After removing from oven, squeeze lime juice over filet.

Serve with brown rice laced with lime.
