Chili and Garlic Chex Mix

Ingredients
4 cups rice chex4 cups corn chex4 cups popped popcorn1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts3 Tb veg. oil1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp chili powder1-2 Tb hot pepper sauce
Directions
Makes 32- 1/2 cup servings

1. Heat oven to 300. In very large bowl, mix cereal, popcorn and peanuts. Drizzle with oil; toss until evenly coated
2. In small bowl, ix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread into ungreased large roasting pan.
3. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Stir once. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 10 minutes. Store in airtight container.
