1 chop(boneless) at about 3.44 oz would make this dish around 332 cals 10g fat 32.1 carb and 27.8 protein. Thats what i got anyway. It made a great dinner - 3/5/08

This was very good. I made it last night for dinner. I have a hard time cooking pork that turns out tasting good, and this did it. I didn't have sugar in the house, so I used brown sugar instead. My daughter said it tasted like apple pie. Yummy! - 1/6/11

I NOTICED THE PORTION ON THE PORK IS ONLY .75 OZ. MOST RECIPES ARE FOR 3- 4 OZ PORTIONS,UNLESS MY METRIC IS WRONG THIS IS WHERE THE CONFUSION COMES IN. - 7/22/10

This is probably the best way I have had pork chops! It was so delicious! My husband and I were both licking our chops at the end of the meal, and I think this will become a family favorite. It is so easy to make, and tastes great! Check your calories, though, it's more than what this recipe says. - 6/26/08

My husband and I make this at least once every 2 weeks. He even makes it at the fire station for the crew! I use Fuji apples b/c they are a firmer apple and it ALWAYS turns out wonderful! - 1/28/10

This meal was good. However, it is not for thin pork chops, I stopped cooking the pork at 40 mins and it was still overcooked. I will try this again with thicker pork chops. - 9/8/09

I know it is good when everyone eats every last morsel and w/3 teenage boys and a 11 yr old daugher, that's raw that everyone is happy. My husband was licking the pan. I used Granny Smith apples and put 1/2 the sugar in. The pork chops taste like bacon when cooked like this. - 4/14/08

I substituted the sugar for Splenda blends. I also added sliced baby carrots too! It was delicious! - 10/12/10

I made this last night, the boyfriend/roommate loved it. I thought the apples should have been a touch more tender and I should have heeded previous advice and waited about 15 minutes to put the pork chops on top in the oven for juiciness. Overall, very tasty flavor. - 10/8/10

UH - now that's i've looked at the ingredients and how you came up with the calories I'm afraid I'm not sure your calories are correct - 4 pork chops are alot more than 3 oz. and 4 apples peeled and sliced are more like 2 cups than 1 - you may want to revisit your portions and sizes of ingredients - 10/7/08

this was delicious. Would have been even better if you glaze the chops every 15 minutes with the sugar/cin/nutmeg runoff. - 10/18/11

Pretty good, but I agree with comments. Figure the calories, cook it a little lower. I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet at 375 for 30 minutes. My boneless pork chops were not thick. - 4/22/11

I used boneless pork loin and it was very good but it got a tad dry (probably from the smaller size).... will be making this again! - 1/5/10

My family loved this. I only used about 1/8 cup of sugar though (if that much). Not sure why you would need 1/2 cup! - 7/27/11

This was a hit at my house. Very simple to prepare, and everyone enjoyed it. One of my kids commented that their apple tasted like pork chop, so next time I might place the porkchops in the pan first, and put the apples on top. This might give the pork chops more of an apple-y flavor too. - 6/19/11

I added carrots to it. I liked it and so did the whole family - 6/10/11
