Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas1 cup Splenda1 large Egg4 Tbs I Can't believe It's Not Butter Light, melted1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon each salt and baking soda.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash bananas; should have approx 1 cup. Beat in sugar, then egg and melted butter. In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cut into approx 14 slices.
