Low Fat Pumpkin, Banana & Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar2 eggs1/4 cup liquid egg substitute1-1/2 cups all purpose flour1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour3 TB vanilla extract3 TB butter1 cup zucchini, shredded and water sqeezed out1 cup of canned pumpkin pie mix, (not solid pumpkin, the one with spices added)1 banana, mashed1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder3 tsp cinnamondash clovesdash allspicedash pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan or grease and flour.

Combine all ingredients and mix just until combined.

Pour into prepared pans and bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
