Eat Clean Granola Bars

2 C Whole Grain Oats1 C Whole Wheat Flour (Whole wheat or whole pastry flour is best)1/3 C Sucanat1 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp sea salt1/3 C Organic raw Honey1/2 C Coconut Oil, melted1 Egg, beaten1 tsp Vanilla (Almond) extract1/3 C chopped almonds3/4 C Chopped raisins (or 1/2 raisins, 1/2 black currants)4 T PB2
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix wet ingredients together and add dry ingredients. Mix mixture well with your hands. You may need to add water to get the mix sticking together. Spray 9X13 inch pan and press mixture -evenly into pan. Bake for 27-33 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and cut into bars.
