beanless chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef2 cans diced tomatos2 tsp onion powder2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp chili powder1/4 tsp cumin1/2 C water
Directions
Cook beef until done. strain and wash with water to get rid of extra fat. place into large sauce pan with all other ingredients. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. serves 8

    of course I will add some small veggies to it, onion, green pepper, crushed tomatoes and kick it up with red pepper flakes. I also will probable use 1/2 beef and 1/2 ground turkey. Yummy idea eh? Thanks! For getting my gray matter flowing along with the taste buds! - 2/5/11
