Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 small bananas, very ripe1 C. Sugar1 Egg1/4 C. light margarine1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 C. Whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mash ripe bananas, add sugar, egg, melted margarine and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well then pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Cook 1 hour at 350 F.
