Tuna Pasta Bake with a Difference!

1 can tuna in water100 grams cooked wholewheat pasta1/4 tin of sweetcorn50 grams light salad cream2 bell peppers
Cook pasta according to packet instructions for "al dente".
Whilst pasta cooks, prepare peppers by cutting in half lengthways and de-seeding and drain pasta.
Once pasta is ready mix with tuna and sweetcorn using salad cream to bind.
Stuff peppers and bake in oven 200c for approx 20mins, just to warm peppers, tuna and sweetcorn thru.
