Mixed Berry Flax Muffins

3/4 c ww flour1 1/4 c flaxmeal1/2 c Splenda1 T baking powder2 t cinnamon1/2 t allspice1/2 t salt1 c fat free yogurt (Fage)1/2 c 1% milk2 T EVOO2 T unsweeted applesauce1 egg3/4 c blueberries3/4 c strawberries (cut same size as blueberries)
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine dry and wet ingredients and then mix together (don't overstir). Fold in berries. Grease muffin pan with Pam and fill (each will be about 3/4 full). Bake til firm and golden (20-30 min). Let cool for 5-10 minutes then transfer to rack.
I keep them in the freezer, grab one every morning and microwave on high for a minute. It's an easy breakfast that keeps me full for hours.
