Jane's Meatloaf

Ingredients
3 lbs. ground turkey1/2 cup egg substitute4 T soy sauce4 T ketchup1/2 cup low fat milk (1%)1-1/2 t garlic powder1 t onion powder1 t salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place ground beef in bowl.
Add all ingredients.
Mix until blended. Do not overmix (meatloaf will be tough).
Place in foil lined baking pan and shape into oblong loaf shape.
Bake for approx. 45 minutes
Makes approx. 12 slices (1/2 inch)
