DANIEL FAST CABBAGE SOUP

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil1 yellow onion,chopped4-5 cloves garlic,minced1 red bell pepper,diced4 stalks celery, chopped1 head green cabbage,cored and sliced2 quarts vegrtable stock3 carrots,cut into 1/2 inch pieces2 cups green bean, cut into 1/2 inches1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes in juice1 cup brown rice (cooked)2 tablespoons Italian herbssalt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Makes 8 to10 serv.-I fixed this in my crock pot--I turned it on and added oil and onions and garlic.. Then I chopped & added cabbage,carrots,celery, and greenbeans.Then the other ingredients. I let the crock-pot do the work 6 hours.
