Ingredients
5 Tilapia filets3 T. Flour4 T. Olive Oil4 T. Margarine2 T. Lemon Juice1 T. Parsleylemon peppersalt
Directions
Season tilapia with lemon pepper and salt. Dust filets with flour. Saute fish in oil about 3 min per side until nicely browned. Remove fish and drain oil. Mix lemon juice, butter and parsley. Melt and pour over tilapia
