sandy's chicken minestrone soup

Ingredients
3 cups sliced carrots1 cup chopped celery1 cups chopped onion12 cups chicken broth2 cans red kidney beans rinsed and drained2 cans great northern beans rinsed and draines1 lb chicken breast cut in small cubes12 oz fresh green beans cut in 1/2" pieces5 oz whole grain rotini2 cups zuchini quartered then sliced in 1/2" pieces2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic oregano and basil2 cups fresh spinach2 tbs oregano2 tbs basilblack and red pepper to taste
Directions
spray large pot with pam add carrots onion and celery cook 5 minutes. add broth, all beans, chicken and seasonings. bring to boil add pasta cook 5 minutes add zuchini and spinach cook 10 minutes add tomatoes heat through.
