butternut squash soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubesOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) 2 Soup, bouillon cubes, low sodium, dry Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp *Garlic - 2 cloves 6 gram
Directions
heat oil and saute onions until soft, add cubed butternut squash and potato; saute for 5 minutes. Add seasoning, soup cubes salt/pepper. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and puree. Serve.
