Vegan Sloppy Joe's

Ingredients
2 tbls canola oil2 onions, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 red pepper, chopped2 cups tomato sauce1.5 cups TVP2 tsp. chili powder1 tblsp. red wine vinegar1 tbl. soy sauce2 tbl. brown sugar2 tbl bbq saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sautee onions, garlic and red pepper until softened. Add remaining ingredients and turn heat to low.Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
