Ingredients
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Onions, raw 1 medium Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Garlic powder 1.5 tbsp Pepper, black 1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Ground beef extra lean 16 oz Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 cup
Directions
Brown beef in skillet.
Place beef in crock pot
Add tomato paste, seasonings, broth [(may use beef) add more broth if you like it thinner] , bell peppers and onions.
Set crockpot to low and serve when ready to eat.
Makes 6 1 cup servings
