Slow Cooker Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole roasting chicken (3-4 lbs)1 envelope Lipton Secrets onion mushroom soup mix
Directions
Thaw chicken out (if frozen). Cut into serving size pieces. Coat well with soup mix, and place in crock pot. Cook for 3-4 hours on High, or 8-10 hours on Low. Makes approx. 6 servings.
*Please note--I believe the nutritional info is for both white and dark meat in each serving. You may want to reconfigure it if you eat only one type of meat, as the calorie/fat amounts will be higher for dark meat, and lower for white meat.*
