sounds good but if you want to make this dish even less caloric instead of using sour cream try using plain fat free yogurt its a great substitute for sour cream in alot of recipes - 5/9/08

Wow that was fantastic. I added purple onion and spinach to mine. Very tasty. Can't wait to share the recipe. - 5/9/08

I liked the suggestion for adding red onion and spinach...also some dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. I enjoyed this. - 5/9/08

I thought this was very spicy and delicious. I might go lighter on the red curry next time or use yellow curry as some people mentioned. - 1/20/08

I used plain yogurt in place of the sour cream, used 3 TBSP instead of 2, and a full TBSP yellow curry. Absolutely delicious!!! - 6/27/09

This is a fantastic idea, adjusted curry to taste and added dill and a clove of garlic. Also used mostly low fat plain yogurt as that is what I had on hand. It is also yummy with different veggies, grated carrot, red peppers, etc. Super easy as well, great for leftover chicken/turkey! - 1/8/08

I subbed 1 tspn yellow curry, 1/4 sweet red pepper and some jicama (sweet and crunchy) cut into small pieces, and a few golden raisins. I browned the chicken with a little chopped onion, stirred in the curry and fat free sour cream til warmed, and then the veggies. Wrapped in the warmed tortilla. - 10/21/09

I'm vegan, so I substituted tofu for chicken and a non-dairy version of sour cream, and it was great! Fast and easy, too. - 5/9/08

Very nice handy, quick and yummy recipe, so simple, and all the different ideas really help, throw in what you fancy and you've made it you own! I will definitely making this again (and again and again)
Don't understand why the curry haters are trying it then reviewing it bad! Obvious? - 10/23/09

great recipe, but 1/2 chicken breast is not helpful as the size of the chicken breasts seem to vary so much - I needed to conver to ounces for better calculations - 7/22/09

This was pretty good. Took other suggestions and used a little less curry powder. I also used yellow curry instead red, because that is all I had. Husband liked it, too. Definitely a keeper. - 1/16/08

This was a great quick lunch idea for my husband and myself. It's very portable to take to the office or school.
I cut the curry to about a tsp. though also. - 1/24/08

I am not a curry fan but spinach and low fat yougart take the edge off the curry. Nice easy - 7/15/09

Too spicy for me with the full tbs of curry, my mouth is still on fire! Still very good, quick, and easy, I just need to reduce the amt of curry I use. Thanks. - 1/20/08

I doubled the recipe and used a full sized spinach wrap instead of the tortilla. I then cut the finished product in half and my husband and I had lunch for the next day. I'm a curry lover and this was GREAT! - 10/21/09

Sorry, I thought this was horrible! I should've used less curry like others had suggested. Even still, I don't know if I'll ever try this again. - 10/13/08

I love curry! I am definitely going to try this. I might throw some raisins and/or apples in mine. - 5/9/08

I tossed some golden raisins in with my chicken and went with yellow curry, this was a great way to use up some left over grilled chicken, made a fast hot lunch. - 4/30/10

Make fresh crepes and use in place of higher fat tortillas.
Also the suggestions for augmenting the fillings were great.
More cumin, and harissa gives a great depth to the spice taste. - 10/21/09

This is so simple to make and I too used yellow curry. This is great. - 10/21/09

This sounds fantastic, but I am not a big fan of red curry. I am going to make it with yellow curry...I think also it might be tasty to throw in some sliced grapes or dried cherries or cranberries to make it more of a curry chicken salad kind of wrap. - 1/7/08
