Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 2 large, diced * Garlic, 5 cloves, chopped * Carrots, raw, 3 large, roughly chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tsp * *Bove's Sweet Red Pepper Sauce, 2 tablespoons * *Turbino raw sugar, 2 Tablespoons * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 pound, roughly chopped * Canned Tomatoes, 8 cup
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until vegetables are cooked. (Will still be a bit soupy.) Salt and Pepper to taste.
