Tuna salad stuffed Bell Pepper

1 can Chicken of the Sea chunk light tuna, 50% less sodium, drained2 T fat free Kraft mayonnaise1/2 cup chopped clelery2 T chopped onion3/4 cup red seedlless grapes, cut in 1/2 or in 1/4s1 hard boiled egg white2 T sliced almondspepper for seasoning1 large bell pepper, red or orange for sweetness, cut in half & cleaned
Drain tuna thoroughly, put into container large enough to add other ingredients & for stirring. Clean & chop veggies & grapes, EXCEPT the bell pepper, add to tuna. Discard the yolk out of 1 hard boiled egg, cut up the hard boiled egg white & add to container, Add the mayo, stir thoroughly. Toss in almonds. Chill.
While tuna salad is chilling, clean the bell pepper, cut in 1/2 & clean out seeds & guts. Evenly scoup tuna salad into each 1/2 of bell pepper. Serve cold with lettuce leaves as garnish.
