1 egg50 grams unsweetened youghurt50 grams (oat) flour10 grams melted margarine10 grams fructose/sugar1 tsp cinnamonpinch of saltpinch of baking powder
This recipe makes 8 small pancakes (2 servings).
Whip egg slightly with fructose and salt. Mix in youghurt and cinnamon. Stir baking powder into flour, add dry substances into fluids. Mix well and stir in melted margarine. Heat pan and put 8 tbs spoonfuls of batter onto pan. Cook for about 1-1,5 minutes, turn pancakes around and cook for another minute.
