Ingredients
trimmed thin chicken cutletsitalian style breadcrumbseggs (scrambled)parmesan cheesegarlic powdersaltExtra virgin olive oil
Directions
heat oil (about 1/4 inch high) on med heat in frying pan. Add tsp grated cheese to eggs and scramble. Put all the raw cutlets into scrambled eggs. in another bowl add tsp garlic powder and 2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp grated parmesan to breadcrumbs & mix. One by one, take a cutlet out of egg and completely coat it in breadcrumbs shaking off excess and putting in hot oil til brown then flip. Put cooked cutlets on paper towel to drain.
