Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts4 medium potatoes2 tbl. olive oil1 tbl. rosemarysalt and pepper
Directions
Slice the potatoes into 1/4" slices. Put in a shallow, microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1 1/2" pieces. Add 2 tbl. olive oil to hot pan. Brown chicken about 5 minutes. When the potatoes are done, add them to the pan with the chicken. Add rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is done and the potatoes are browned.
