High Fiber/Low Fat Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oats2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup egg beaters1 cup low fat french vanilla yogurt3/4 cup Silk almond milk1 cup canned pumpkin
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients
Combine and pur 1/3 cup batter on oiled grill (use Pam cooking spray). Cook for approximately 4 minutes, fliiping after about 3 minutes. Yields 12, 4 inch pancakes or 6 servings (2 pancakes each)
