Celery, 1 long stalkNatural peanut butter, to fill the trough (about 2-3 Tbsp)
Directions
For variety, top the PB with your favorite seeds. I like sesame. This will add minerals.
If you love PB, make your own starting from roasted peanuts that you process in the food processor. Salt to taste.
