KLC Creamed Tuna on Toast

1 Tablespoon butter (I use Smart balance omega)1 tbl Flour (I use Wondra for this)1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)Pepper to taste1 cup milk (I used unsweetened plain almond breeze almond milk) 2 cans Albacore Tuna (I use Kirkland brand)1.5 cups of frozen or canned peas
-Melt Butter
-Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until flour is slightly browned
-Remove from heat and stir in milk until flour is mixed
-Return to heat and stir until thickened for 1 minute
-Add tuna and peas and cook until warm
-Toast bread of choice (I usually use sourdough) and place on plate, spoon Creamed Tuna over toast and enjoy!
