Apricot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2.5-3 lb pork tenderloin1 clove pressed garlic1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup ketchup1/8 cup lemon juice1/4 tsp black pepper1 cup apricot preserves
Directions
Mix all ingredients, but preserves, and marinate tenderloin overnight. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade before baking. Bake tenderloin at 350F for 25 minutes.
Melt 1 cup apricot preserves, then mix with reserved marinade. Baste tenderloin with apricot marinade, and continue baking for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature of 160F.
