Carly's Brown Rice, Veggie & Bean Bowl

Ingredients
1/4 cup brown rice, dry1/2 cup beans, any kind (red kidney, white, etc)1/2 cup frozen vegetablesLower sodium soy sauceOlive oilBlack pepper
Directions
Makes one serving

Prepare the brown rice and frozen vegetables according to package directions. Once they are cooked throughly, combine with the beans in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the desired softness of the beans.

Remove the bowl and drizzle soy sauce and olive oil ontop along with a dash of black pepper. Mix and enjoy!
