2 packets of unflavored gelatine4 cups Apple Juice1 Tbsp honey.25 cup blueberries.25 cup blackberries1 large banana
Empty gelatine packets in large bowl and pour 1 cup apple juice. Stir to dissolve gelatine. Pour the remaining 3 cups of apple juice in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn off and stir in honey. Pour the apple juice and honey into the large bowl and stir until dissolved well. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes to gel for a little bit. Add fruit to the bowl and place back into the fridge for about 4 hours. Serve with fat free cool whip.
