Ingredients
1 egg1 T Apple Cider Vinegar1 t Dijon Mustard1 c Light Olive Oil.Salt and Pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into storage jar with opening wide enough for an immersion blender. Wait a few moments for the oil to be on top.
Insert immersion blender and push all the way to the bottom of the jar. Blend for 20 seconds without moving.
Pull immersion blender up SLOWLY for a few more seconds.
