MK Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Zucchini2 Carrot2 Peppers - Orange/Red/Yellow1 cup sliced onion1 cup sugar snap or snow peas2 cloves garlic2" ginger root1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp soy sauce or teriyakiOptional - snow peas1 tbsp terriyaki sauce
Directions
Slice veggies into thin strips. Heat olive oil in wok and stir in garlic and ginger for few minutes, then add onions. Cook quickly over high heat for 3 minutes, then add carrots. Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Add other veggies and cook for about another 2 minutes (or till done to your liking). Add a little water/chicken stock/teriyaki or soy sauce if you need to to 'steam fry' veggies. Stir in sesame oil before serving.
